I think I’ve been doing something backwards. I haven’t felt like playing any games when I’m upset (especially when angry). I never considered games as being a way to settle down.

Its part of my therapy program now, games incourage Mindful thinking. Its a way of training your brain to acknowledge the bad thoughts but let them go cause your in the here and now and dont let the past be part of that. I was doing it and not realising but now I get it.
